By downloading files from ScrapGraphics.Com you automatically have a PERSONAL USE LICENSE and agree to the following terms:

YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO:

• ·         You may use and incorporate ScrapGraphics.Com images in your personal scrapbooking layouts, alter them by resizing, recoloring, adding or deleting from them.

• ·         You may print a hard copy of content to be used in your personal scrapbooking/hybrid projects.

YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO:

• ·         You may not provide a copy, share or distribute any ScrapGraphics.Com original files to any other individual or organization.
• ·         You may not use ScrapGraphics.Com images for any product, template, or project that will be sold or used to create income unless you purchase the COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE.
• ·         You may not alter ScrapGraphics.Com images and claim them as your own unless you purchase the COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE.
• ·         You may not take any part of ScrapGraphics.Com images and add them to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own unless you purchase the COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE.
• ·         You may not use ScrapGraphics.Com images as part of a trademark, design-mark, trade name, business name, service mark or logo unless you purchase the COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE.
• ·         You may not offer any ScrapGraphics.Com original files on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo! group, or include them in any graphics collection on the Internet or otherwise.
• ·         You may not use ScrapGraphics.Com images on your personal or non-profit blog. Using ScrapGraphics.Com images on personal or professional websites or blogs requires purchase of the COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE.
